A coach, husband and father who understands that feeling at your best changes how you show up when life is already busy.

Why REBUILD exists

Lived experience
Honest coaching

For years I lived at the opposite end of health. I reached close to 150kg and had to rebuild far more than my body. The process taught me that lasting change does not come from one perfect week or another extreme plan.

It comes from learning to show up, making the next decision well and being honest enough to adjust when something is not working.

Challenges come with lessons. My job is to help you find them, understand what they are telling us and put the right corrective measures in place. I have made every mistake in the book, but every lesson helped me find a better way forward. That lived experience shapes how I coach: no judgement, no wasted setbacks and no pretending difficult weeks have not happened.

Today I coach busy people who have jobs, families, old injuries and difficult weeks. REBUILD gives them structure without pretending real life will disappear.

For me, transformation is not only about a physique. When I feel strong, healthy and in control, I bring more energy, patience and confidence to my family, my work and the people who rely on me. That is the result I want clients to experience too.

“This is more than fitness. It is rebuilding with purpose.”

The aim is to build strength, confidence and habits that support lasting progress through every season of life.

More than a physique

Why I keep
showing up

The goal was never only to look different. It was to build a healthier life, lead by example and become someone my family could rely on for the long term.

My reason

She is watching me

My daughter gives the work a deeper purpose. I want her to see that strength is built by taking care of your health, keeping your word and continuing to show up.

The standard

I practise what I coach

I still train, track, adjust and work through difficult days. I will never ask a client to meet a standard that I am unwilling to live myself.

Real life

Strength for what matters

The work in the gym matters because of the life it supports. Health, strength and energy give me more to bring to the people and moments that matter most.
